Please write in a clear and kind manner.I reserve the right to refuse commissioning over ill behavior and violation of my t.o.s.YCH and closed species adoptables not created by me will not be fulfilled here.I have the right to refuse commissions based on content.NSFW commissions may cost a premium price or be rejected based on content.I only accept payment upfront over PayPal and reserve the right to refund your payment and cancel the commission at any time.The time required to create a piece may vary based on my current circumstances.I hold every right to the finished piece, not the commissioner, and thus can use the product to promote myself, display it freely, post wherever I please, etc.The commissioner is free to use the product for personal use only (unless with my written, explicit consent), to print and claim the character but not the product, and use the art to promote themselves so long as they properly credit me.Reproducing or using the artwork commercially or taking credit for the creation of the artwork (removing watermark, altering artwork, refusing to credit me, etc.) requires a purchase of the commercial rights to the piece, NOT the piece itself, unless with my written, explicit consent.If the commissioner files a chargeback, your right to the product in question will be revoked and I reserve the right to resell the artwork to new buyers.Once a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made; any great changes will come at an extra charge.
